The Easy Studio Lift is a high quality product engineered to provide many years of uninterrupted, trouble free service. All parts are warranted against manufacture defect for 12 months from the date of purchase. Accessories carry the same warrantee. This warrantee covers damage from manufacturer defects discovered under normal use. This warrantee does not cover loss, theft, abuse, or other non-normal use, such as (but not limited to) exceeding the lifting capacity of any of the parts.

Return Policy

At GCS Distributing, we take pride in producing and selling a quality product. We recognize that occasionally a product may not work for some photography styles or studios. If you are not completely satisfied with the Easy Studio Lift, you may return it within fourteen days from the date of purchase, for a full refund. All return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. If the system is damaged in any way when it is received in the warehouse, a repair fee will be deducted from the full refund to cover the repairs.
